*Class C Non CDL license holders start at $21.25*

POSITION SUMMARY

Top Tier Delivery Service is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for highly motivated, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We are currently offering full-time employment opportunities. Our day starts at 10:00 am. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

Minimum Required Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use hand held device for GPS, routing information and customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in all weather conditions.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Ability to get in and out of company vehicle and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Work in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision.
• Ability to safely operate a Cargo Van and a Step Van with a weight rating of up to 16,000 pounds*
• Ability to maintain focus and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment*
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with members of the public, coworkers, managers, and Amazon employees
• Ability to walk, lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, twist, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours long
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and sort boxes and packages weighing up to 50 pounds each on a frequent basis
• Ability to successfully handle and timely deliver customer packages
• Ability to timely report for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
• Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Interact in a positive and a professional manner with customers and general public while delivering products to customers’ homes, retail, and business locations
• Sort and prepare a delivery route to meet customer expectations
• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times
• May assist in training other team members
• Provide rescue assistance to other drivers once the driver has completed his/her route for the shift
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
