Unitex is searching for truck driver / jockey / route loader in Mount Vernon, NY (155).

Unitex is searching for truck driver / jockey / route loader in Mount Vernon, NY (155).
Compensation: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM (hours subject to change)

- Drivers are coached, trained and motivated to move into management roles
- Valid basic driver’s license (CDL NOT required)
- Full-time position
- You are home every night and weekend!

- Competitive hourly rate with the opportunity for commission and safety bonuses up to $1500.00 per year
- 100% of our trucks utilize hydraulic lift gates for ease of deliveries
Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years old
- 1+ years non-CDL truck driving experience (excluding vans or cars)
- CDL license NOT required
- Pre-hire and random drug/alcohol screenings
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Able to read English language
R esponsibilities:
- Assist in packing out garments and linens into containers
- Loading containers into trucks
- Drive trucks 0.4 miles to our parking lot
- Operate straight truck measuring 32 feet in length and box trucks measuring 27 feet in length.
