Role. We are looking for a passionate and experienced cook and food service crew member to join our team to lead one of our food trucks that operates at a dedicated spot in the Richmond City Central Business District.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a set food menu.Manage the daily operations of the food truck.
  • Take, prepare and hand-off orders accurately and super fast.
  • Maintain an excellent level of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and manage staff members, as needed.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the food truck.
  • Develop and manage a budget for the food truck.
  • Maintain records of sales and expenses.

Daily work schedule, location and process: mostly Monday to Friday from around 7am to 3:30pm (approximate)

  • 7AM to 10:15AM. Food prep, cooking and truck loading. Location, our kitchen at 1110 Westbriar Dr, Tuckahoe VA 23238
  • 10:15AM to 2:15PM. Commute in food truck and service customers at company dedicated spot located in the Central Business District in the City of Richmond.
  • 2:15PM to 3:30PM. Commute in food truck, clean, close out day and plan next day.

Total pay: minimum of $14.5 and maximum of $22 /hour in total. (Made of $14 to $16/hour in base pay, $0.5 to $2/hour in tips, $0 to $4 per hour in periodic bonus for good performance.)

Pay: $14.50 - $22.00 per hour
