Position Summary:

Efficiently and effectively picks up and delivers items within Crozer Health System

Performs duties in support of the Crozer Health System mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

Ensures daily route is satisfactorily serviced

Monitors the activity within the Transportation courier route assigned

Maximizes the efficiency of requests received

Complete knowledge of all routes

Ensures timely and efficient pick up and delivery of all items

May deliver supplies (up to 20lbs.) on an as needed basis.

Responds appropriately to transportation courier problems/concerns.

Provides care and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

Maintains licensure documentation as required by Job Description

Willingly and readily, assists all internal and external customers as needed, looking beyond individual scope of service. Assists customers through resolution of problem whenever possible. In instances where assistance cannot be provided personally, directs customer to the appropriate individual and/or location.

Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings to enhance skills and development as demonstrated by Record of In-service/Continuing Education.

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
