We are now hiring a Training Coordinator to support our Business Administration team in our Albuquerque, NM office. The training coordinator will be responsible for working with our online training program and developing innovative and effective ways to implement training to thousands of caregivers across the state. You will maintain the training program, which includes conducting trainings and ensuring staff are in compliance with state regulations and company policy.
Requirements:
Three years training experience
Extensive Travel
Excellent computer skills
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Time Management
Innovative Ideas and Can-do Attitude.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
Relationship Building/Customer Service Minded
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates training tracking spreadsheet and record keeping system.
- Track when certifications are due for renewal and secures documentation upon completion.
- Coordinates training logistics, including managing training material, tracking attendance sheets and handling training schedule.
- Maintains and continuously audits all training documentation, ensuring compliance with state and company requirements.
- Provides support to the Director of Business Administration with orientation and new hire processes.
- Communicates non-compliance of required training to supervisors and employees and work to resolve issue.
- Confers with direct supervisor to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees and contractors to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
- Schedules and conducts training sessions covering specified areas.
- Maintains tracking information and sends notice to staff/contractors when they are due for training, or other documents required for state regulations. Follows through to obtain documentation for staff/contractor records.
- Creating innovative ways to help staff with limited education, technology experience, and resources to complete training to be paid as an HHA for their family member.
