Ticket Scanner
The Ticket Scanner is responsible for greeting guests, providing mountain status and conditions, verifying ticket/season pass validation. The Ticket Scanner has a passion for the outdoors and customer service. This is a 100% outdoor position.
Provide excellent customer service – Answer guest questions, provide directions and information about the mountain, and displays a positive and professional attitude.- Validate tickets and season passes using a handheld device.
- Engage with guests on a first-name basis when available.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with Guest Services Team regarding ticket and season pass validation.
- Snow removal as required.

Spanning peak to shore, our team is responsible for creating a unique experience for our guests within our little slice of Lake Tahoe. Our three properties consist of: the West Shore Café & Inn, a lakeside fine dining restaurant, event venue and boutique 6 room inn, the Homewood High & Dry Marina featuring boat storage, service and sales, and Homewood Mountain Resort with over 1,200 acres of skiing/riding positioned 280 steps to Lake Tahoe.
