Sign on Bonus: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus with 12 Month Commitment

The Therapeutic Specialist is responsible for developing and conducting individual and group therapy for program patients.

Location: Openings in Brown Deer & West Allis

Shifts Available:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours a week (rotating weekends/Holidays)
  • Part-Time: 32 hours a week (rotating weekends/Holidays)
  • PRN/Pool (rotating weekends/Holidays)

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in the area of education or Human Services and a minimum of two (2) years' work experience serving children with mental health disorders.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's license preferred. May be required to have driving record approved by Rogers Behavioral Health's insurance carrier.
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
