We Need You: We are looking for an experienced outbound telemarketer with a minimum of 4 years of outbound calling experience to assist us in following up with seller contacts. You will be calling people who own a home that has expired on the Multiple Listing Service and people who have been designated the administrator of an estate.

Our Problem: We have an overflow of leads and prospects that we have sent helpful information to and need help with following up by phone to ensure that the information has been received and whether there is motivation to sell or buy property.

Our Mission: Our unique approach includes our desire to help as many Sellers, Buyers and Real Estate Agents become empowered through simple plans that educate and guide them through the what-to-do steps to be successful.

Location: MD, VA, DC area based applicant preferred.

Part Time to Full Time: It's important to know that this is an opportunity to help work on the growth of an established and successful business, however, it's also an opportunity to grow your own consistent business starting part time and growing to full time within that structure.

NOTE: You will be working directly with the team leader and Top-Producer Lee Stillwell and his Executive Sales Administrator on an already existing business to assist in its growth.
