As part of this effort, we are seeking a number of individuals to join our team to help work through a backlog of registrations and migration into a new CRM. This will require gathering data from multiple sources, entering it into new databases and then working with registrants to ensure that their enrollment was handled professionally.

To perform this role, we are looking for individuals with strong data entry and keyboard skills, along with excellent customer service capabilities and a technical aptitude to communicate with internal and external clients. Ideally, these individuals are comfortable and experienced with technical customer service or conversations. A background working with spreadsheets and CRM's is essential.
