We are looking to add full time Team Leaders to our successful management team at our River Street location. We are a southern based retail candy store that has had steady growth and can offer advancement opportunities for the right candidate. The right candidate will have excellent guest service skills, a professional demeanor and appearance, leadership and team building skills, cash handling experience.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Strong customer service skills since this is a customer-oriented job
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work with teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills towards customers, staff members and store managers
- Great attention to detail for purposes of erecting attractive marketing displays, arranging merchandise and maintaining store appearance
- Outstanding sales abilities to sell items to customers
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office
- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
- Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
- Working with cash registers and processing payments
- Setting and attaining sales goals
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
- Ability to lift heavy merchandise, walk and stand for long hours

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
