Role and Responsibilities

Must be 18 years old with reliable transportation.

Lead each shift, working alongside a team to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted drink to our customers.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.

Greet customers, create rapport to understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.

Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as ice level, sugar level, or substituted ingredients.

Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.

Maintain a clean environment within local, state, and federal sanitation guidelines.

Complete on-going, daily and weekly cleaning of food surfaces, machinery and utensils, and customer areas.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

Must be able to operate a computer or register.

Must be able to use hands/arms to operate machinery, telephone, and for repetitive motion activities.

Must be able to lift/push objects up to 15 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. on a periodic basis with or without assistance.

Must be able to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device.

Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist, crouch, or reach while performing daily activities of the job.
