In short…

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will use sourcing techniques to manage the full lifecycle of recruiting and hiring for corporate salaried and non-exempt positions across our U.S. organization. You will team up with business leaders and our Talent Experience Team to understand business needs and job requirements, and ensure recruitment strategies are compelling, consistent and cost effective. You will be a culture and brand ambassador to well-position our organization, with a goal to engage and secure top talent. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HR activities that include support and management of key initiatives and projects, reporting and analysis and process improvement.


Our hybrid work environment includes two (2) remote days/week.


In more detail, you will…

  • Be a trusted, full-service talent advisor to our U.S. hiring teams comprised of leaders and professionals at various levels and representative of all business functions
  • Continually build and maintain strong partnerships as you guide hiring teams across the U.S. through the full lifecycle recruitment and hiring process
  • Source candidates for roles ranging from entry-level through key leadership positions, using a variety of outlets, including our iCIMS ATS, online recruiting platforms, networking, referrals and others, with a goal to identify, attract and present top, diverse talent
  • Implement creative recruitment strategies and develop compelling messages (job postings, social media posts, passive outreach communications, etc.) to attract and engage high caliber talent in a competitive market
  • Provide an outstanding, high-touch candidate experience at every point of the process to ensure Fellowes is positioned as an organization of choice
  • Identify, interview and evaluate candidates; serve as the liaison between the candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview and offer process
  • Coordinate the hiring process by scheduling interviews, facilitating the selection process, extending offers and initiating and guiding the onboarding process
  • Provide ad hoc recruitment reports and analytics to assist in the planning and forecasting of recruitment needs and to adjust future actions based on ROI/results


What You Bring to the Team

  • A minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • A knack for building strong, trusting relationships with a diverse group of key stakeholders
  • The ability to confidently and effectively translate our values, culture and business strategy to our candidates
  • A creative thought process to get past roadblocks and generate ideas to up-level our talent acquisition efforts
  • A positive, team player and achievement-oriented attitude, with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
  • A commitment to maintaining a high level of transparency and frequent communication, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to stay highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Experience using various recruiting tools, such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter


You May Also Have…

  • A blend of corporate and agency recruiting is a plus
  • Experience in the iCIMS ATS is a plus
