Swimming Pool Repair Technician(West Fort Worth & Aledo Texas)

Poolman Enterprises, Inc. installs and services state of the art equipment from a myriad of major manufacturers from all around the world. We also provide the highest and most professional level of aquatic pool care and maintenance in the region. We are currently seeking a licensed Pool Repair Technician. This is a Full Time opportunity, not Seasonal. If you have the qualifications listed below please feel free to apply.

Qualifications:

• Must have a clean driving record. No moving violations or accidents over the last 3 years.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a Residential Appliance Installers License (RAIL).
• Must have reliable transportation. Company vehicle will be provided during working hours.
• Must be Goal oriented.
• Must be Organized and have all necessary tools for the job.
• Must have an Attention to detail.
• Must be Likable, personable, and have a great attitude.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

You would go to and complete work orders assigned to you each day. You would need to be proficient with email, text, and phone. We run our business using an app based software which we will train you to use. Depending on your level of experience, you will use your product knowledge to make sales. Ultimately you would use accounting software to create estimates on your own, and stay in communication with the client until receiving approval for the work.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7-9 hour daily shift

Benefits:

• This Full Time opportunity is Monday-Friday.

• We offer 1week accumulated vacation the 1st year. 2 Weeks after that.
• We have 7 paid holiday per year.
• Wages will be based off experience, but range from 50K-85K a year.
• We also offer goal based bonuses every quarter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
