Support Coordinator
RoomReady is looking to expand our Support team with a customer-focused, detail-oriented, service-minded individual. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering premier client experiences by providing prompt and courteous Tier 1 support for client and company-initiated support-related issues. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ticketing systems, help desk procedures, and customer support via telephone. The position is preferred to be located in the Johnston, Rhode Island area to provide support via telephone and video teleconferencing. Occasional (a few times a month) visits to a client office in Johnston, RI.

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently adheres to Customer Support Standards.
- Provide support to field installation teams and clients
- Respond to department service tickets
- Dispatches support requests
- Possess empathy to customers’ needs and prove solutions that are uncomplicated.
- Care deeply about clients, customers, and the company
Skills and Qualifications:
As a Support Coordinator, you need excellent communication and customer service skills combined with a general understanding of ticketing procedures and help desk operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in programs as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle stressful situations.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must be solution-focused, personable, forward-thinking and extremely organized.
- Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies as they are introduced to the Company.
- Highly adaptable to change.
- Ability to present self in a professional manner and positively represent the company image.
- Experience with remote Client Support
- Experience with Online Ticketing System
