Our Supply Chain Analysts serve an essential role within our business, ensuring the efficient delivery of product by coordinating the movements of fuel including gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, and ethanol. These individuals are responsible for scheduling fuel product movements on pipelines, trucks, barge, and vessels, while at the same time, maximizing value for the organization.

This Supply Chain Analyst will join the Metroplex Energy team at RaceTrac’s Store Support Center in Atlanta, GA. Metroplex Energy purchases and secures its own supply of wholesale fuel for RaceTrac and RaceWay, as well as other customers. We are a highly interactive team, operating with a flexible remote-hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:

• Plan product movements to ensure a ratable flow of product and satisfy supply agreements
• Assemble data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations
• Negotiate cost-effective freight rates with contract carriers and other transportation providers
• Assist with investigation and resolution to ERP system issues
• Aid in the development of analytical tools for reporting
• Provide back-up for logistics team

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of analytics experience required
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced skills in MS Excel required
• Ability to commute to Atlanta, GA (30339) required
• Demonstrated success in finance and/or logistics industries preferred
