Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operation of the assigned area including safety, quality and production needs
- Ensure manpower coverage and daily production schedule is met
- Assist nad respond to all downtime situations and troubleshooting problems
- Conduct start up meetings
- Support ocmponay business plan targets
- Maintain daily and monthly safety, quality, and production reports
Qualifications:
- Eight (8) to ten (10) years of Tool & Die repair is a must
- Two (2) year degree or certificate in either Engineering or Tool & Die related field is preferred
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office) are required
- Must lead shift independently, be self-motivated and a team player
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and shutdowns
