This position will drive the full and correct technology adoption and solution development behind capabilities developed by the Enable Hub. This role will provide the necessary guidance, analysis, and knowledge transfer related to the design and development of citizen development and automation solutions. Role will own the solution specification and be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders across the Sales Enable Hub to understand their business objectives and guide the design of the corresponding App/Automation solution
- Support “Art of the Possible” sessions to drive the identification of potential use cases for App/Automation solutions
- Lead discovery efforts to determine the appropriate technology and architecture for app/automation solutions
- Develop end-to-end solutions within citizen development ecosystem and other automation technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, SharePoint, Alteryx and Automation Anywhere
- Partner with Nestle USA Innovation and Robotic Process Automation teams in the design of best practices related to the design and development of Citizen Developed solutions
- Be the Sales Enable Hub subject matter expert for Citizen Development, supporting analytics teams in the development of tools, while empowering them through education, lunch and learn sessions, maintaining SharePoint/Teams sites, answering questions via EH work requests form, and hosting office hours
- Partner with innovation teams in the coordination of Hackathons for discovery and proof of concepts.
- Liaise with Digital Hub product management groups (RPA/Innovation) to understand the capabilities of citizen development technologies and their feature roadmap
- When applicable, collaborate with RPA & IT to prepare requirements, and validate development of high complexity solutions that are handled by third party vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher within Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of overall experience in Design, Development & delivery of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions leveraging Automation and Applications
- 2+ years hands-on in Microsoft Power Platform; Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), or Microsoft Dynamics 365+ Power Platform Solution Architect (MB600) Certification
- Experience with data management tools like Microsoft Data Flow/Factory, Alteryx, SSIS for data transfer and preparation is a plus
- Experience with process improvement (Six-Sigma) is a plus
- Experience with process documentation and improvement
- Knowledge of Cloud, security, infrastructure, databases, and networking
- SQL, .NET, Dynamics 365, Power Apps Component Framework, O365, Azure API management, Azure Logic Apps, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Azure cloud services
- Familiarity with project management and agile methodology
- Knowledge of UX design best practices
- Experience with using business intelligence tools, including Tableau or Power BI to build complex reports that enable decision-making is a plus
