Job Description Summary
As a senior member of our Analytical Services team, the individual will provide analytical support for innovation and technical applications labs, product stewardship, and commercial operations. The scientist's principal responsibilities are the hands-on design, development, validation, and implementation of analytical processes; these processes are developed to determine the physical and chemical properties of substances, polymers, and formulations. The ability to communicate results in relevant formats to internal and external customers is critical to this position.

Additional Job Description
Requirements:
- The position requires a working knowledge of key analytical techniques used for the characterization of substances and products: e.g.,HPLC, GPC, GC-MS, XRD, XRF, and NMR.
- A demonstrated ability to produce analytical data that solves complex problems.
- Ability to write effective reports including in support of product registrations.
- Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment using sound interpersonal skills to drive for results in a dynamic, ambitious environment.
- Ph.D., or M.S. degree with 5+ years of experience, in Analytical Chemistry is preferred.
