Golden Artist Colors is seeking a:

Position Title: Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager

Location: New Berlin

Supervisor: Marketing Director

Department: Marketing


Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager will focus on expanding Golden’s digital engagement with artists through implementation of SEO strategies and CRM capabilities that connect artists with our ecosystem of touchpoints including websites, Just Paint, videos, Lecture Demos, and sampling among others.

Requirements:

Education Required:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing; advanced degree in business or marketing disciplines is desirable.


Experience Desired:

Type experience:

Experience with marketing and/or brand management in a branded business-to-consumer environment is required.


Special skills, abilities or talents necessary for this job:

  • Extremely well organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and balance resource usage.
  • Strong experience in utilizing digital marketing strategies such as SEO and paid digital media.
  • Strong analytical thinking able to manage larger data files and conduct business analysis.
  • Strong experience in developing fielding market research.
  • Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Collaborator across departments, with the ability to engage with and inspire a wide range of personality types and skill sets.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills: direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of brand management staff and oversee their daily activities.
