NSG, Inc. is currently hiring for a full time, Space Planner/AutoCAD Specialist/ for an office facility located in Blue Ash, OH. This position runs Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. While the position will initially start as an in-person role at a facility in Blue Ash, may eventually turn into a hybrid schedule.

Primary Duties:

• Consolidate data integration with HR, space, occupancy, and financial information.
• Develop and maintain standard space reports to support data requests.
• Identify and analyze data and trends to determine areas of opportunity for space utilization and space performance improvement, operational efficiency, and inventory improvements.
• Integrate drawings, maps, and other information compatible with the existing information base including current releases and digitize and maintain information related to space planning.
• Work with team to integrate audits to verify that employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted on floor plans; Ensure audits are updated.
• Participation in facility review meetings.
• Maintain outstanding relationships with client, vendors.
• Plays a key role in developing innovative solutions for the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office
• A detailed understanding of the different space measurement techniques
• Solid customer service acumen and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Strategic problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated team and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Strong and proven technical aptitude.
• Willingness to take ownership of requests; prioritize and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Proficiency with CAFM/IWMS systems such as ARCHIBUS or related technologies.
• Technical Experience in report development.
• Understanding of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and practices in the areas of space planning, occupancy, and allocation management.
• B.S. or B.A. in related discipline or related experience.
• Process documentation skills.
