Additionally, nursing will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. The Standards of Practice set forth by the professional nursing associations will provide guidelines for the competent, safe and professional practice.

Position Summary: Licensed as a qualified mental health professional LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LPC-I.
- This position provides social work, case management & counseling services to patients & families experiencing psychiatric illness & or substance abuse issues; orients families/patients to the treatment program while encouraging active participation
- Licensed as a qualified mental health professional-LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LPC-I
- Must secure healthcare provider CPR within 30 days of employment
- Ability to identify & address the special needs of the psychiatric patient & addictive disease patient.
- Must be able to identify & address the special needs of patients in the adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups
