Hiring for Mountain View Snow Removal Team!

Mountain View Landscapes is accepting applications for our 2022-2023 Winter Snow Teams. The teams are responsible for snow removal services in Manchester, CT, and the surrounding communities.

Hiring at $25.00 hourly. Please apply as soon as possible to be added to our snow team call list. We will contact you to discuss details and will begin sending offer letters, collecting ID, and having hiring paperwork signed to have everyone ready.

Snow Team Laborers are responsible for clearing snow from areas at commercial properties. The job will primarily be shoveling, salting, and sanding. You may be asked to operate snow removal equipment, depending on your experience and licensing. You must be willing to work all winter storms throughout the season.

Please note: The snow team works only when there is snow or ice. This job is part-time and temporary based on weather. We give as much notice as possible of incoming winter weather, but this is an On-Call position. When it snows, you have work!

Job Requirements:

- MUST have Reliable Transportation which includes the ability to report to your assigned location ON TIME in ANY weather, which may be any time of the day or night.

- Must be available 24/7 during storms.

- Must be able to lift 50 -100 lbs.

- Must be able to work safely and dress appropriately for the elements.

- Must be able to work all storms, from start to finish.

- Must be able to work long hours in extreme conditions.
