Northern Quest Resort and Casino, the Northwest’s premier destination resort, is seeking full time,
Slot Floor Supervisor. We are growing and are looking for individuals who want to grow with us!
The
Slot Floor Supervisor oversees slot attendants on a specific shift including procedural and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on team member development and guest satisfaction. Ensures slots machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of slot experience or one year of supervisory experience in a customer service oriented environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs and other computer software.
- Ability to maintain positive, effective working relationships with department head and team members.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
