A Bit More About The Jobs
Our ski area and snowtubing park are served by a dedicated SkiPatrol that provides safety, rescue and first aid services on the slopes. Staff in the first aid room attend to the needs of people who walk into the room. They also work with on-hill ski patrollers in caring for individuals that have been evacuated from the slopes and brought into the room.
Minor injuries such as bruises, strains, sprains and damaged egos can be common. Although they are far less common, more serious injuries and medical conditions can occur. When serious situations do arise, Paramedics with the town of Westford’s ambulance can be dispatched to assist or to take over care.
