Select Staffing is now hiring Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for Well-known Medical Device Company in Brisbane, CA!
Pay Rate: $20-$24/hrs. BOE
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM or 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Be flexible for OT and weekend
Job Responsibilities:
- Process material development and/or production of devices including ordering, expediting, kitting, labeling, inventorying, and issuing parts, supplies, and materials.
- Coordinate the timely, efficient, and cost-effective shipment and receipt of materials, equipment, and supplies for all functional areas of company.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and high levels of accuracy in materials inventory as measured by cycle counting.
- Maintain compliance to GMP systems in coordination with the Document Control and Quality Assurance functions.
- Receive, verify contents, and transport to the correct location, all in-coming materials and supplies.
- Check in-coming goods against documentation. Sort and count materials and supplies as needed.
- Determine appropriate packaging and shipping methods.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience on Shipping and receiving/materials handling/processing
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable Quality System Standards
- Good verbal and written skills
- Microsoft suite skills
