$16 - $18 an hour
- Applicant must have shipping and receiving experience and be computer literate
- Operates forklift to load and unload inbound and outbound shipments and internal movement of goods as needed.
- Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
- Receiving, stocking, stacking and loading
- Palletize and wrap product for shipment
- Prepares products for shipment
- Receive in and unload all goods delivered
- Troubleshoot problems to ensure prompt order fulfillment
- Loads and unloads freight trucks and signs bills of lading.
- Corrects data in computer regarding inventory numbers
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Stage and prep shipments to load in delivery trucks
Qualifications
- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Work authorization (Preferred)
PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of warehouse support experience
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal, and computer (Word, Excel) skills.
- Must be a self-starter, be able to multi-task, and prioritize to meet customer demand
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer printer, computer keyboard, calculator, etc.
- Must be punctual, able to sustain attendance guidelines, and work hours as assigned.
- Ability to read and write written work instructions
- Basic math skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
