Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park is now hiring an experienced Shift Supervisor/Manager to assist in day to day duties at our location in Westerville, OH. Here you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and help ensure maximum productivity from employees. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Advanced Leadership and Team Management or experience in a Retail and/or Customer Service environment. Great Customer Service Skills. Ability to Multi task and keep calm in stressful environments. Looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic and energetic and someone who likes sports and interaction with kids and families.

A typical work week would allow you 2 days off during the week and 40 hours in a week plus 1 hour lunch break each working day.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ Years Experience in Management

• 2+ Years Experience in Retail and/or Customer Service

• Ability to Multitask

• Advanced Leadership and Team Management Skills

• Attention to detail and Problem solving skills

• Strong Written and Verbal Communication

• Time Management and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality

• Ability to meet weekly and monthly goals and deadlines.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus

• Able to work Evenings and Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks

• Assessing the work performance of employees and identifying areas that need improvement

• Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met

• Assist Park Manager with training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles

• Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company's plans and vision

• Recommend new employees to the human resources team based on an assessment of their performance

• Assist Park Manager with the daily operations of the facility. Opening, Closing, Tallying Tills, etc.

• Assist Park Manager in interviewing, selecting, hiring, training, development, promotion,counseling and termination of all Staff members.

• Assist the Park Manager in setting up weekly staff work schedules in Shift Planning.

• Maintaining Store Cleanliness

• Provide Excellent Customer Service to our guests. Service with a smile. Be patient and help plan and promote various deals within the park among clients.

• Perform under pressure in a busy work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
