· Job Summary:
- American Bulk Commodities has an immediate opening for a Senior Warranty Analyst in the Fleet Maintenance Department.
- This position will work with our Full-Service Locations, Dealers, and the American Bulk Commodities Management Team.
Job Overview:
- Analyze and process Warranty Claims.
- Help create a clear understanding of the Warranty Process, its suppliers and OEM manufacturers.
- Review claim information provided by internal shop locations and dealers.
- Effectively interface with others (internal and external) to ensure Warranty Claims are resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in the corrective action process.
- Assist in managing published/internal campaigns.
- Escalate critical issues/conflicts in a timely fashion.
- ADHOC - Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
