We are hiring a Senior Payroll Consultant with a combination of consulting, pre-sales and account service capabilities. This includes creating lasting, positive connections with SpinifexIT’s key contacts: customers, partners, SAP, potential prospects, and leads. In this role, you will be supporting the stakeholders in the North American Region by providing them with the right tailored solutions and support for their business before, during and after the implementation of the SpinifexIT solution suite.

This is a key client-facing role, therefore, travel is also part of this role. The flexibility to occasionally travel domestically, and at times internationally, is a requirement.

• You will be empowered in providing guidance for customers and partners within the North American region.
• Likewise, you can build a broad network with our global customers and solution implementation partners as an expert in key aspects of HR Applications such as reporting, interfaces, migrations, testing, validation, reconciliation and integrations.

The Expertise We Regard

We welcome applicants who have demonstrable experience and professional background on the following:

• Insight into US and/or Canadian Payroll and Core HR practices and legislation
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP HR/Payroll environment
• Previous usage in any SpinifexIT Solutions would be a definite advantage
• High attention to detail
• Professional approach and demeanor
• Proficient in SAP HCM & SAP SF Modules
• Proficient analytical skills
• Competent in the use of PC/Laptop, including Google, Excel,
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Ability to gather, analyze and act upon relevant information in a timely manner
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a wide variety of personnel from multiple disciplines and countries

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
