Ellie Mental Health is a bad @ss, rapidly growing mental health and wellness agency based out of the Twin Cities and serving multiple communities throughout Minnesota. Work Location: Remote Flexible
This candidate should have a good knowledge of the local and national mental health trends and be ready to dig into their designated territory for local insights. Experience with technology, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Meta Business suite, SharePoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams and Canva is preferred, and strong communication skills are critical.

Skills and Responsibilities:
- Highly skilled in marketing strategy, plan execution and communications.
- Have an active role in both pitching new ideas, services and onboarding.
- Presenting marketing services overview, virtually via video conference.
- Directing the team on the necessary access to brand social/digital accounts and brand guidelines/assets.
- Participating in internal and external meetings (kick-offs, presentations, internal meetings, Follow-up calls, etc.)
- Understand the different audience and markets and local and regional trends and translate into usable messaging and assets
- Monitor marketing analytics and reporting within platforms for your region including Google, whatagraph, Talk desk, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Local and regional competitive analysis
- Support other marketing efforts as needed, including light event and meeting support, proofreading, presentation development, digital, social PR media, and content development
- BS/BA required 5+ years of prior health care, agency, franchising or related marketing experience
- Management experience preferred
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools
- Experience with creative design and copy writing – Canva or Adobe Suite preferred
- Previous experience in developing marketing plans, email content, and sales tools
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns
