Senior Director of Operations - Bolingbrook, IL

Terraboost is an established, yet fast-growing retail media company maintaining a network of 100,000+ health & wellness billboards located at the front door of prominent retailers nationwide such as Walgreens, CVS, Mariano’s, Jewel, and more.

Our wellness billboards dispense hand sanitizing wipes and foam sanitizer to billions of consumers each year, while simultaneously providing advertising space to our sponsors.

Keeping 100,000 billboards operational is no small feat. Therefore, we’re seeking a true operations roll-up-your-sleeve strategist/superstar professional committed to instilling the best strategy, process, SOP, technology, and personnel that will result in customer satisfaction throughout our enterprise while exceeding KPI benchmarks.

Salary $135,000 - 150,000

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day work of our campaign and digital operations departments: Art production, planning, and installation.
• Monthly media posting process meshing the KPI deliverable at the lowest cost to keep the posting on time.
• Managing our 3-week cycle process cradle-to-grave and ensuring that we are above 90% with on-time postings.
• Keeping venue partners well equipped with supplies on the most cost-effective basis.
• Managing staff in 3 different departments; Production, Planning, and Posting.
• Nationwide/regional rollouts of new chains that join our network,
• Evolve our SOP portfolio and SLA’s.
• Champion a culture of punctuality, moving fast, overcommunication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications – Degree qualified and relative work experience

• Degree – Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts with a focus on a related field of study.
• Experience – At least six (6) years in a role that requires leadership, involvement, and understanding of how a department operates, managing business initiatives including the introduction of new business processes to support these initiatives. Aware of industry and professional standards. Extensive experience in organization-wide initiatives and change management.
• Skills – Strong excel acumen and history with SQL or Tableau would be helpful but not required.
• Analytical Thinking – Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation and developing an approach to interacting with the situation.
• Strategic Perspective – Needs to keep overall objectives and strategies in mind, and not be deflected by matters of detail.
• Applying standards – Effective in the application of relevant industry and process standards to all tasks undertaken.
