Job Summary:
Position Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for two Managers at Epcot Engineering Services and their Service Managers. In addition to the management team, this position will also provide support for the hourly CMC Union Cast Members. Daily responsibilities will include proactive calendar management, management schedules, SAP supply ordering, on-boarding/off-boarding leaders and Cast Members, tracking open hourly headcount and working with recruiting to fill positions, monitoring overtime equalization, SAP reporting, iphone/key tracker coordination, completing expense reports, preparing presentations, and coordination of area recognition events.
Required Qualifications
Proven proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Concur
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
High level of comfort with multi-tasking within Engineering Services as well as the ability to interact with the park operations teams when broader park initiatives need Engineering Services’ participation
Strong time management skills along with the ability to be flexible with daily tasks and the ability of prioritize the daily/weekly/monthly workload
Ability to be flexible at times with work schedule due to operational needs
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
Demonstrated effectiveness in a team environment
Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
Demonstrated ability to seek out and share creative and new ideas
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with Craft Maintenance Council agreement
My Time and Overtime Equalization knowledge
Knowledge of GEMs application
Willingness to learn new software applications
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution
Walt Disney World experience in a Sec 1 position
Education
High school diploma
