Seeking School Administrators for English as a Second Language school soon to open a new branch in the Wheeling area. Initial onboarding and training will take place at the Skokie location.
We are seeking Administrators to manage operations at a branch location, and Assistant Administrators to handle day-to-day clerical work and to serve as a first point of contact for prospective and current students.
Full-time and part-time options available.
Preferred Credentials:
- 3 or more years of experience as a school administrator
- excellent organizational skills; scheduling and clear communication
- experience with using computers, scanneers, printers and computer software (Esp. Google Workspace and Google Docs/Sheets, Gmail)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- Skokie, IL 60077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
