School Cook - Part-time position - School year only Job at School District of Mondovi
Assist in meal preparation and serving food - including keeping adequate food stocked on the line. General cleaning and washing of pots and pans, steam table, equipment, floors, windows, etc., wash mops weekly, and any other duties as assigned. Will be expected to assisti in the wiping of tables, sweeping and mopping of the dining room. Bust be able to lift 50 pounds or more and be able to stand for 7.5 hours.
General Qualifications include: Mental and physical alertness, neat personal appearance, meet state statute health requirements, cooperativeness, sufficient dexterity, strength (ability to lift 50 lbs), experience to operate cooking equipment efficiently and safely, ability to work cooperatively with others, willingness to assist with special tasks, some computer knowledge would be helpful, and a positive attitude regarding work assignments, students, staff, and the school system.
State Date: January 16, 2023
Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour (Based on 2022-2023 support personnel wage scale)
