Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Medical Clinic in Bellevue offers a great deal of services to the thousands of patients that visit the clinic each year. On staff are highly trained physicians certified in fields of Ayurveda and Naturopathy. We are looking for full time (8:30 am to 6:00pm PST) Scheduling Coordinator who is professional, self-motivated, resourceful and detail oriented. Applicant should be computer literate with medical scheduling experience and excellent communication skills.
Job Description: As Scheduling Coordinator, your job will consist of being the first point of contact for our prospective patients. You will be scheduling appointments, as well as directing any non-scheduling inquiries to the clinic.
The ideal candidate is professional, communicative, understanding, detail oriented, a good listener, a strong problem solver, patient focused and resourceful. Scheduling Coordinator will be on the phone with patients throughout the day, so building relationships through maintaining interest, asking questions, utilizing listening skills, and using problem solving skills to confidently troubleshoot/answer questions/resolve complaints will be important for success. Confidentiality and strictly adhering to HIPAA is required
Tasks include
- Answering phone inquiries
- Proactive outreach to scheduling patients
- Ensure missed visits are rescheduled
- Review the physician schedules to fill in gaps.
Location: Work from home within Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond/Kirkland area. Hours: 8:30am-6pm PST. Training on site will be required for 1 week. Coming into the office may be required during busy seasons.
Location Requirements:
- This is a remote position that requires a quiet, secure at home-work environment where patient data is protected
- Must be able to work prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must have a strong password protected WIFI connection
