The Scheduling Consultant will manage the appointment schedule that supports our in-home Sales Consultants. This includes in-bound and outbound calling to confirm details of pre-schedule visits for order accuracy and on-time schedule assurance

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Manage appointment calendars
• Dispatch and communicate with field Sales Representatives
• Data entry using multiple platforms
• Follow up on canceled and rescheduled leads

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

• Data entry experience 2 years +
• Inbound and Outbound phone experience 2 years +
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or educational equivalent preferred
