Sanitor
The sanitor is responsible for performing sanitation/cleaning/janitorial duties of the entire facility. They are responsible for manual cleaning and the operation of the CIP operations of the facility. They are also responsible for general cleaning in the interior and exterior of their assigned facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Dismantle production equipment
• Wash and sanitize production equipment and areas
• Wash and sanitize packaging equipment and areas
• Titration of chemicals
• Perform CIP process
• Perform visual inspection of all areas
• Perform swabs on all equipment
• Complete all required documentation

Safety and GMP Objectives

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by education and directiong personnel on the use of all equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as complying with all OSHA rules and regulations
• Review and execute the Food Safety Play and MFP Mission Statement in order to provide value to each of our customers with safe, relevant, tasty food products; while never compromising quality
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP's) including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming and hygiene, etc.
• Wear proper protective gear at all time.

• Must be able to attend work as scheduled
• Must be able to perform basic math problems
• Must be able to perform the jobs of his/her team members
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to interact with others in a professional manner
• Must be able to enter and exit confined spaces as needed
• Must be able to climb ladder and work safely at significant heights
• Must be able to tolerate sometime 100+ degree working environment

Schedule:

Night Shift: Monday - Wednesday 7:30 p.m. - 6 a.m. and Friday 4 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.

Pay Rate: $17/hr.

Weekend Shift: Thursday - Sunday 7 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

Pay Rate: $17.50/HR.

Pay day every Thursday!
