We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Salon Receptionist/Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing general customer service. They will also be in charge of maintaining the salon's cleanliness, stocking supplies, and managing the cash register. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of Booker/Mindbody software a plus. CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS SALON/SPA EXPERIENCE ONLY. If you do not have experience in the beauty/spa industry, please do not apply as you will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate appointment book.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide advice on salon services.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with management of staff schedules and duties.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
