Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Support and Marketing Specialist.

What will you do?

  • Process and manage new distributor applications
  • Administer new customer on-boarding
  • Manage and administer Salesforce which includes maintaining salesforce data base, passwords and access, creating reports and maximizing Salesforce tools to assist RSM’s and inside sales teams.
  • Development of sales and custom marketing materials.
  • Creation and delivery of training and education of Manufacturing and Distribution Resources to new and existing customers.
  • Process and manage distributor agreement documents
  • Oversee distributor locator qualifications and posts
  • Handle and direct online quote requests
  • Post monthly OEM incentive updates on the internal distributor portal
  • Partner with internal support teams to prepare for customer-facing interactions and to ensure the sales cycle is appropriately managed and supported
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to provide smooth onboarding process
  • Create and record product and portal training videos
  • Conduct live tutorials and trainings
  • Document and maintain distributor agreements, terms and conditions, benefits and ratings, customer support tools, current and upcoming projects and all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant products and services at all times

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in Customer Service and/or a Sales Support role preferably in fleet or manufacturing industry
  • Ability to create and conduct training on new products and resources
  • Successful closing techniques and the confidence to ask for the order
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and listening skills
  • Effective presentation and training skills
  • Confidence to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Ability to question and draw out customer needs in a consultative manner
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed; productive within a team environment
  • Strong problem resolution technique to handle internal and external issues
  • Ability to create and improve processes and procedures to increase sales, support Customers and Sales and Marketing teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
