We’re seeking Sales Development Reps that are looking to grow into leadership roles within our company for our new office! This is a mostly commission based position. Our (phone) sales representatives will have a strong understanding of the sales process and building relationships. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our services in a compelling way. It is essential that our sales team be personable and professional both with each other and our clients!

Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company’s products and services
- Successfully implement pre-existing and learned sales & marketing strategies to meet monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and use resourcefulness to manage client expectations and retain their attention.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing and fulfilling current client needs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
