Your Opportunity: The Occasions Group, a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to join our team in North Mankato! As a Sales Account Coordinator, you will be part of our small but mighty sales team supporting our Strategic Account Managers and Sales Executives in a variety of ways. We are looking for a strong individual who is interested in learning our business with the goal of advancing on our team!
We work with major online retailers who sell consumer goods such as holiday cards, wedding stationery, occasions stationery, and photo gifts. We are a fun and energetic team that possesses the following characteristics and looks to welcome like-minded talent:

Your Responsibilities:
- Help to onboard new partners and/or products
- Shadow our sales team during partner meetings and run with the take-a-way
- Assist with the coordination of account resources with representatives from marketing, presales, information technology, development and customer services
- Understanding of all print and production capabilities of The Occasions Group and Taylor
- Build and ensure excellent relationships between production, vendors, sales and customers requiring strong organizational work habits, good judgment, excellent communication skills, and follow-through on time-sensitive activities
- Collaborate with customers and facilitate effective cross-functional communication with internal teams
- Develop trusted relationships with new and existing business partners
- Evaluate unique customer requests and seek out solutions
- Provide thorough, accurate and timely follow-up on all customer requests
- Provide support in other areas of the business as needed
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in print or manufacturing industries
- Excellent project and time management skills; ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-oriented position
- Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a drive to solve problems
- Ability to adjust priorities and work in a continuously changing environment
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Minimum of intermediate level in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication
