Position Summary: The product specialist will insure customer satisfaction by correctly identifying and processing parts orders. Parts specialists will assist in accomplishing objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, security, building a loyal customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level possible. Must present a professional appearance.

• Effectively follow the parts sales process through to a successful close that ensures the customer has an excellent buying experience, including the timely and accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Successfully identify and fulfill customer needs (external customers and internal customers - e.g., Delivery department)
• Help the customer identify the best part or accessory for their needs
• Fulfill the necessary part from the best available source in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner
• Maintain a current knowledge base of parts and accessories to stay current on legal, safety and recall information to protect all parties
• Maintain all established parts processes
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory by making sure all parts are being processed correctly
• Greet customers in a professional and timely manner

Job Duties

• Responsible for all retail parts transactions including
• Web leads
• Parts Phone calls
• Walk-in Customers
• Insure the Parts Dept gets to meet with every customer pre delivery and post delivery
• Be available for every game on to upsell parts
• Upsell products that best serve the customers needs and wants
• Know what can go on each specific unit for outstanding customer service
• Make a smooth transition to the finance department
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish a good relationship with distributors, dealers, service centers, and customers in order to notify them of parts availability.
• Knowledge of computer program (IDS) in order to complete daily tasks
• Update and create part numbers with correct information and pricing
• Complete over the counter sales and special order requests
• Create , maintain, and receive in purchase orders with correct information
• Insure all Service tasks are completed
• Correctly identify, order, and receive parts for the delivery department and customers
• Follow up with the delivery department and customers on the status of orders
• Knowledge of location of all parts and some knowledge of uses and installation techniques
• Maintain store display area
• Insure all product has tags with pricing
• Clean and maintain displays
• Follow Cycle count schedule
• Follow all company and parts policies and procedures
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
