The RN Manager of Quality, Patient Safety, and Accreditation will be joining a state-of-the-art, 100+ patient bed hospital that is home to advanced inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 Emergency Services, Cancer Care, Laboratory Services, Women’s and Children Care, and a number of inpatient and outpatient Surgical Services.
This RN Manager of Quality, Patient Safety, and Accreditation will have administrative oversite of the development and implementation of the hospital’s quality and performance improvement program. The RN Manager of Quality, Patient Safety, and Accreditation will assist in developing metrics in quality to ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance to maintain a high-level of patient care. This experienced individual will demonstrate their expertise in quality assurance, risk management, performance improvement, and patient-relationship development.
Further responsibilities in this role include the facilitation of corrective action, patient assessment, and resolution of family/visitor issues as well as maintenance of open communication with other department leaders. A CPHQ certified Registered Nurse with experience in healthcare administration, case management, utilization review, or quality management in the acute care setting will make for quick interviews!
