Cornerstone Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center, located throughout Southwestern Pa. is looking for a senior leader in the area of compliance and risk management. As an organization that works to ensure the underserved in our communities get their healthcare needs met, this role plays an integral role in leading the charge for compliance and reducing risk exposures for our patients.
Leading the compliance and risk management for the organization you will handle things such as: direct the formulation, execution, and evaluation of strategic compliance planning; provide integrated research, planning, support and leadership in the development of core compliance initiatives; interface with senior management, providers and staff of strategic compliance programs, policies, services, and various compliance initiatives; identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution; develop, coordinate, and participate in multifaceted educational and training programs that focus on the elements of compliance programs; responsible for our annual Federal Tort Claims Act application and submission, Oversees Risk management and safety committee.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Risk Management and Compliance experience. FQHC experience, a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred.
SUPERVISOR: Chief Quality Officer
The pay rate is based on experience but will typically be between the 60-80K range. A fully comprehensive benefits program is available including Medical, Dental, Vision, 403 B, Disability and life insurance, and a generous time off package, etc.
