Lockheed Martin is a RF Sensor System Staff engineer to support cutting edge technology in antennas, transmitters, receivers, and signal processing. The RF Sensor Staff engineer will contribute expertise to the development, production, integration and , and analyses of the sensor subsystem.

Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is located about an hour from Cocoa Beach and the "Space Coast" including NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1.5 hours from Orlando. West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Responsibilities includes:
- Oversight of subcontractors on the , integration and , and production efforts at supplier facilities. Includes oversight of and incremental Production Readiness Review (iPRR) and other reviews at supplier facilities.
- Oversight of , integration and , and production efforts of Lockheed Martin sensor hardware components.
- Oversight of sensor analyses in support of HWIL, modeling and simulation, and flight activities.
- Oversight of efforts to transition sensor capabilities to production facilities, including development of RF chambers.
- Support roadmap development and coordination with IRAD and Evolutionary Development Branch on future sensor capabilities for Block upgrades.
- Interface with USG Sensor Counterpart
- Support planning and conduct of major program reviews

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active DoD Secret clearance
- Must be SAP clearable
- Experience in the development and production of RF Sensors
- Experience in Radar Theory and Electromagnetics
- Experience in supplier management
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
- Previous and RF Sensor Experience
- Experience with Antenna and Measurement Ranges
- Current or previous Engineering and Technology Manager experience
- Experience leading large teams (20 members)
- Experience in team leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
