We are currently looking for reliable and motivated candidates who can work our early morning shifts at our Brew City kiosks, located inside Mitchell Airport.

We are only looking at candidates to work from 4:30am-12:00pm
We need candidates who are highly dependable, have a guaranteed mode of transportation, a history of perfect attendance and those who can work an early morning shift from 4:30am-12:00pm. If you have any doubts as to whether you can consistently work 4:30am shifts, this may not be the right fit for you.

Overview
You will be stationed at one of our Brew City Brand kiosks. We have two kiosk locations within the airport. We have one kiosk down Concourse C and one kiosk down Concourse D. Both of our kiosks are post TSA. This means that you must pass through TSA to reach our kiosks.

During your shift, you will be starting conversations with every airport traveler who approaches our kiosk. At the end of each conversation, you will act as cashier and positively complete their customer service experience. During your shifts, you will be accountable for daily sales goals, cleaning / straightening the kiosk, keeping stock organized and neat, receiving, checking in and re-stocking product deliveries.

Impeccable attendance required. You will be working by yourself for the majority of your shifts. Absences severely impact our ability to operate. If you have any limitations which would affect your ability to work every shift and arrive on time, please do not apply for this position. Your employment is dependent on your attendance.

Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Perfect attendance
• Open/close our kiosk
• Positive body language, keep your gaze at eye-level at all times
• Initiate conversations with our customers
• Help our customers find products they need
• Check out quickly and accurately
• Handle incoming stock deliveries accurately
• Maintain the kiosk: clean and organized behind the counter, t-shirts rolled and stored neatly, product displays updated for visual effect

Position Requirements

• Acquire Airport Badge, must pass an Airport background check
• Previous work experience in retail sales, or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus. You will be starting conversations with customers all day, every day, so you can’t be shy!
• Ability to perform under pressure when necessary
• Availability to work early shifts with no call-ins
• No sitting or leaning on countertops or chairs
• No cellphone use
