The Details:
- Seasonal positions start in late-April to late-May and extend through mid- to late-September 2023 (dates depend on Location)
- Pay Rate: $1,484.00 bi-weekly
- Schedule Varies: Average 40-45 hours/week

- Oversee training, supervising and support of Retail department.
- Ensure staff gives great customer service and problem solves issues.
- Monitor the financial performance of the store.
- Implement proper cash handling procedures.
- Prepare displays and merchandise as directed.
- Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Responsible for every aspect of the daily supervision of retail outlets, including sales and staff.
- Requires at least 6 months experience in retail or another environment with strong customer focus.
- Possess excellent written /verbal communication, organized, problem solving, math, and computer knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, boxes, bags of ice, and bundles of wood. Some locations require frequent trips up & down stairs.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Working safely with required chemicals.
