Position Info
Our Restaurant Supervisor assists to Outlet Manager to ensure the Restaurant, Bar & Market operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining reputation and great customer service. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for training staff, holding staff accountable, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety standards. Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift organization, financial management and some HR components of leading a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years experience in the food and beverage industry; hotel experience a bonus!
  • Six months to one year in a leadership position preferred
  • Some wine and beverage knowledge strongly preferred
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members; including handling challenging situations in a calm manner.
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
  • Experience with MICROS POS system
  • Coursed service experience and Opentable experience preferred
  • Barista and Bartending experience a plus
  • Prior Serve Safe Certification preferred
  • Able to work mostly PM Shifts
