Resource Navigator Job at Families First of Minnesota
Families First of Minnesota has 1 full-time, full-year Resource Navigator position available at its Main Office in Rochester, MN. This position will help Families First of Minnesota clients receive support and access to resources, while representing the agency as the first connection for our walk-in and invited guests.
This non-exempt position is scheduled 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00A.M.- 4:30 P.M. Compensation for this position starts at $21.00/hour. Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability and 403(b) Retirement Savings, in addition to, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays and personal time.
Our Resource Navigator position requires a minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a social field with a minimum of two years working with at-risk families and individuals in the community while accessing needs and referrals to resources in the area. Experience with diverse cultural and economic population is preferred. Bilingual candidates are strongly desired, but not necessary.
