Resident Care Assistant -Salary range from $15.00 to $17.50/hour

Primary Responsibilities:
- Come on board with us as a Resident Care Assistant and perform similar duties as a CNA outside direct patient care.
- You will receive an hourly wage and receive your required clinical training within one of our nursing homes while you enroll in a credited CNA training program.
- Complete the approved CNA Training Course within 90 days of hire and become certified within 120 days of hire.
- Once all requirements are completed, you will be promoted within a month to a Certified Nurse Assistant.
- Work as a CNA for the facility for 32+ hours/week for at least one calendar year (the “CNA Year”) from completion of CNA program.
- Remain an employee in good standing for the duration of the CNA Year.
Prerequisites:
- At least 16 years of age.
